(Reno, NV) – Conservative Republican candidate for Nevada State Assembly, District 25, Sam Kumar announced on Nevada Newsmakers that he has earned the endorsement of former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt. Laxalt is the current, leading candidate for U.S. Senate, the co-chair of the President Donald J. Trump campaign in 2016 and 2020, and was the Republican nominee for Governor in 2018.
“Sam Kumar has been on the front lines fighting for our shared conservative principles, and I wholeheartedly support and endorse his campaign for Nevada State Assembly,” Laxalt stated.
“I am honored to have earned the endorsement of our former Nevada Attorney General, Adam Laxalt,” Sam Kumar stated. “Adam and I have been friends for many years and together, we share in our passion for advancing the cause of freedom, rule of law, limited government, and American exceptionalism. I look forward to campaigning side by side with Adam this year to help save our state and our country.”
Adam Laxalt joins other notable supporters of Kumar, such as former Nevada State Senator Maurice Washington, former Washoe County Sheriff Chuck Allen, Randi Thompson, David Buell, and many others. The Kumar campaign will focus on the key issues affecting Nevada: our highest-in-the-nation unemployment, record inflation, poor performance and lack of accountability in our public schools, unaffordable housing, the lack of respect of basic constitutional rights, and the rapid rise in crime in our communities.
